Chicken noodle soup(Chicken recipe)

Chicken noodle soup is a an easy-to-cook chicken recipe. It is very healthy food and delicious in taste. Chicken noodle soup could be had before the lunch or dinner meal. It is nice for all occasions including parties, get-togethers etc. 


Ingredients


Egg noodles: 1 cup
Chicken breast (boneless): Half pound
Onion (finely chopped): 1
Garlic: 4 cloves
Chipotle pepper: 1
Tomoto (finely chopped): 1
Bouillon: 3 cubes
Oil: 2tbs


Preparation method


Put oil in the pan and heat it. Add chopped onion and garlic to it and stir it until tender. Add chicken and heat it further for few minutes. Once the cooked chicken are tender mix water, pepper, bouillon and noodles. Reduce heat and stir ocessionally for 15-20 minutes until noodles are tender and cooked. Finally mix tomatoes and serve chicken noodle soup hot.

Ingredients:-
Boneless Chicken (cooked chicken) - 1/4 kg
Lettuce leaves - 1/2 cup
Onion (grated) - 3 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chili-garlic sauce to taste 

Preparation method:-
Combine all the ingredients for the dressing. Set aside. Blend the lettuce leaves to a fine paste. Place the lettuce leaves and chicken pieces on a plate and sprinkle the paste and dressing on the pieces. Serve chicken salad  immediately or keep in refregator for few hrs. One can also use boiled egg in chicken salad.

Chicken karahi recipe ingredients:-
Boneless chicken - 1 kg
Onion (chopped) - 2
Tomato (chopped) - 2
Green chilli (chopped) - 3
Ginger-garlic paste - 3 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tbsp
Oil for cooking
Salt to taste

Chicken karahi recipe preparation method:-
Cut the chicken in small pieces. Heat oil in a karahi (pan) and add onion and fry unitil brown. Add  ginger-garlic paste and stir fry for few second then put in the chicken in karahi and fry for few minutes. Add tomatoes, chilli powder, pepper powder and salt in chicken and cook for few minutes or until tender. Then put green chillies and coriander leaves in chicken karahi and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and limes. Serve hot chicken karahi with naan or rice.

Chicken curry recipe ingredients:-
Chicken Breasts  - 3
Plain yogurt - 3 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
Onion (chopped) - 1
Ginger (grated) - 1 inch
Garlic (grated) - 4 clove
Bay leaves - 2
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Gram masala powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Salt to taste

Chicken curry recipe preparation method:-
Clean, wash and and cut the chicken into small pieces. Coat the chicken pieces with the yogurt, tomato sause and mix well, cover the chicken and marinate for 2 hrs. Heat enough oil in a pan and add bay leaves. Stir for few seconds and then add ginger garlic and onion in it and fry until brown. Then add red chilli powder, tumeric powder, black pepper powder,  garam masala powder and salt to taste. Add the marinated chicken in the garlic/onion mixture and fry it over low heat. Cover it and allow it to fry until done. Stir constantly until the chicken is cooked. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and onion rings; serve hot Chicken curry with Rice.

Chicken korma recipe ingredients:-
Chicken - 1 kg
Onions - 2
Tomatoes - 2
Green chillies - 2
Ginger - garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Bay leaves - 2
Green cardamom seeds - 7
Cloves - 7
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Oil - 2/4 cup
Salt to taste

Chicken korma recipe preparation method:-
Wash, clean and cut the chicken into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions to a golden color. Add bay leaves, cloves, black pepper, green cardamom, turmeric powder, green chillies and fry for a minute. Then add garlic paste, ginger paste, garam masala, chili powder, chopped tomatoes and salt and again for few minutes. Then add the chicken and fry for 5 mins. Then add the yogurt and let it boil. Pour in just enough water to cover the chicken korma and allow to cook until the chicken is almost tender. Garnish chicken korma with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.

Chicken pakora recipe ingredients:-
Boneless chicken pieces  - 400gms
Onion - 1
Green chilies - 2
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Gram powder (besan) - 125 gms
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Chicken pakora recipe preparation method:-
Make a paste of onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste and coriander leaves. In a bowl mix together the gram powder (besan), red chilli, salt and the above paste mix well to form a thick paste. Put in the chicken pieces and mix well so that the chicken is well coated with this mixture. Deep fry it until its colour changes to golden brown. Enjoyed hot chicken pakora with tomato chutney or sauce.

Chicken vegetable soup recipe ingredients:-
Chicken broth - 1 can
Boneless chicken breasts (cut into small pieces) - 1/2 lb
Chopped vegetables (such as tomato, carrot, onion,peas)
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
All-purpose flour - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Chicken vegetable soup recipe preparation method:-
Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in pan until browned. Add chicken broth, water, vegetables, pepper and salt. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover the chicken. Simmer few minutes.  Stir together flour and 1/4 cup water until smooth. Stir in chicken mixture and bring to boil. Cook for few minutes untill the chicken mixture is thickened. Serve hot chicken vegetable soup with fresh lemon wedges.

Chicken noodle soup recipe ingredients:-
Boneless chicken pieces - 100 gms
Chicken broth or stock  - 1lt
Fine noodles - 1 cup
Garlic clove (chopped) - 4
Oil - 1 tbsp
Parsley (minced) - 2 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste

Chicken noodle soup recipe preparation method:-
Heat half the oil in a pan and stir-fry the small chicken pieces till tender. Keep aside. In the same pan heat the remaining oil, add the garlic and stir-fry for about a minute. Add chicken broth, cover and bring chicken broth to a boil and then add chicken pieces and noodles. Simmer uncovered about 10 minutes, until noodles are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste in chicken. Stir in parsley and serve hot chicken noodle soup.
