Chicken noodle soup is a an easy-to-cook chicken recipe. It is very healthy food and delicious in taste. Chicken noodle soup could be had before the lunch or dinner meal. It is nice for all occasions including parties, get-togethers etc.
Ingredients
Egg noodles: 1 cup Chicken breast (boneless): Half pound Onion (finely chopped): 1 Garlic: 4 cloves Chipotle pepper: 1 Tomoto (finely chopped): 1 Bouillon: 3 cubes Oil: 2tbs
Preparation method
Put oil in the pan and heat it. Add chopped onion and garlic to it and stir it until tender. Add chicken and heat it further for few minutes. Once the cooked chicken are tender mix water, pepper, bouillon and noodles. Reduce heat and stir ocessionally for 15-20 minutes until noodles are tender and cooked. Finally mix tomatoes and serve chicken noodle soup hot.
